1. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive messages from Ruddy Ducts and Maintenance. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, service and technician updates, estimates, invoices, payment reminders, customer-support replies, and occasional service-related promotions or offers.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Opting Out and Getting Help

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.

After you text STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also use other recognized opt-out keywords supported by the messaging platform.

3. Delivery and Availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program at any time.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and notify us if your mobile number changes. You are responsible for keeping appointment, property, and service information you provide to us accurate and for using our communications lawfully.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information, including information related to text messaging, is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated effective date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
